G-Series APU features low power, graphics

The 615 MHz G-T16R (GET16RFWB12GVEPU) x86 compatible Application Processing Unit features a LVDDR3-1066 memory interface and Radeon HD 6250 class graphics with resolutions up to 1920 x 1200. The 413-pin μBGA packaged device has a 512 Kbyte L2 cache and takes only 2.3 W on average or 4.5 W TDP.

The 32-bit processor supports Windows Embedded Compact 7, Green Hills INTEGRITY, and Express Logic ThreadX operating systems. It has a 1 x 4 PCIe interface and support for legacy analog VGA and LVDS along with DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces. (
