GaAlAs IRLEDs have high output power
The Model OD-669 GaAlAs-based IRLED has an output power of 6 W and is
designed for infrared searchlights, industrial robotics, and other
high-power applications. The device comprises nine high-efficiency diodes
connected in series on a beryllium-oxide substrate. The emission
wavelength is 880 nm peak and the emission angle is 120 degrees typ. The
