arrays, with sizes up to 100,000 gates, is fabricated in 0.5-μm GaAs.
Dissipation is 0.35 mW/gate at 1 GHz. A D flip-flop uses eight cells and
toggles 1.8 GHz. They come in ceramic leaded chip carriers from 120 to 256
