GaAs model library is user definable
The Generic SMART (Simulatable Microwave ARTwork) Library is a
user-definable MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) element
library that can be customized to virtually any analog GaAs IC foundry. It
combines models for both electrical schematic and physical layout design,
and works with the company's ACADEMY and Libra simulators. Designers can
use the library to develop MMICs with a specific foundry for which the
company has no custom library, as well as to compare performance of
