GaN PAs offer high gain, high power

The TGI7785-120L, TGI1314-50L, TGI1011-50-771 GaN amplifiers operate at 7.7 to 8.5 GHz with an output power of 120 W, from 13.75 to 14.5 GHz with an output power of 50 W, and 11.3 to 11.5 GHz with an output power of 50 W, respectively. The C-band TGI7785-120L features an output power of 51.0 dBm typ with input power of 44 dBm, linear gain of 11.0 dB typ, and drain current of 10.0 A typ.

The Ku-band TGI1314-50L offers an output power of 47.0 dBm typ with 42-dBm input power, linear gain of 8.0 dB typ and drain current of 5.0 A typ. The X-band TGI1011-50-771 provides an output power of 47.0 dBm typ with 41 dBm input power, linear gain of 9.0 dB typ, and drain current of 5.0 A typ. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
