Presented as the industry’s smallest 2.5-A gate drive optocoupler, the ACPL-H312 is available in a stretched SO-8 package that is 40% smaller than conventional dual-inline packages. The optocoupler provides undervoltage lockout, a maximum high output peak current of 2.5 A, low current consumption of 3.0 mA, and a working voltage of 891 V.
