The PG1427 surface mount gate drive transformer features 2,700 V primary-secondary insulation and an operating frequency of 50 to 500 KHz. The 8.25 x 6.9 x 3 mm device has a single primary and a center taped secondary. Three versions have 1:1:1, 2:1:1, or 1.43:1:1 turns ratio.
Primary inductance is 780 to 1600 µH (±35%) and leakage inductance is 0.4 to 2.0 µH max. Operating temperature is -40° to 125°C. Prices start at approximately $0.60 ea/10,000.
