With a footprint of 0.6 in.² x 0.4 (H)
in. the FET/IGBT minigate drive transformer
features a single-drive input, two gate outputs,
and a unity transfer ratio. The device is
optimized for use at 100 kHz and withstands up to
800 V continuously from gate to drive or gate to
gate.

Drive levels range from 16 to 20 V. Primary coil
inductances are from 300 to 3,800 µH,
leakage inductances are from 0.5 to 3 µH,
winding capacitance is from 10 to 80 pF, and
winding DCR is from 170 to 600 mW . (Under
$3 ea/100,000–available now.)
