GPS-quality TCXO comes in tiny package

Available in a 3.2 x 2.5-mm package, the VTM3 TCXO offers a phase noise floor of −155 dBc/Hz. The TCXO is optimized for use in a wide range of wireless RF applications, including in GPS, in-car navigation, pilot locator, security/tracking, WLAN, WiMAX and Wi-Fi base stations, Bluetooth, digital cameras, PHS, RFID, test equipment, and wireless meter readers.

Additional features include a 2.8-, 3.0-, or 3.3-Vdc supply range, 8 to 45-MHz output frequency, and a temperature range of –30° to 80°C with a stability of 0.5 ppm. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
