Cloud-based test products and services have been gaining ground in recent years as engineers look to share test data with colleagues or customers around the world. GradientOne, the San Francisco-based provider of cloud-based test automation, will now support oscilloscopes from Rigol Technologies . In addition to Rigol, GradientOne’s cloud-based app supports oscilloscopes from Keysight and Tektronix.

GradientOne uses cloud services, such as Amazon Web Services, where you can store test scripts and control oscilloscopes, power meters, and motor controllers (over 100 instruments) remotely. You can use GradientOne’s app and instrument drivers to configure instruments, display instrument screens, and save test data for storage and analysis. The instrument just needs to be connected to the internet over a network. You can automate tests using an application programming interface (API) or from a soft-front panel.

Pricing for the service starts at $0.99 per instrument per month for a single user. Click here for more information on supported models and features as well as info on pricing, volume licensing programs, and a free 14-day trial.
