The green (520 to 535-nm) XLamp XR-E LED can produce a maximum luminous flux of 87.5 lm at 350 mA, a 70% increase in brightness compared with previous versions. The LED’s output thus complements the blue and white (cool, neutral, and warm) members of the series, making it possible to design balanced color-changing high-brightness lighting more cost effectively with fewer parts.
Like other members of the series, the units come in packages that have a 9 x 7-mm footprint and are 4.4 mm high. The package includes a dome lens and circular reflector, and the LEDs are available on reels for automated manufacturing operations. (Contact Deb Lovig for pricing available now.)
