Hall sensors suits home, industrial apps

Designed for home appliances and industrial applications, the HAL 1xy Hall sensor family include a temperature-compensated Hall plate with active offset compensation, a comparator, and an open-drain output transistor. The part operates with static magnetic fields and dynamic magnetic fields up to 10 kHz.

Features include a supply voltage from 3.8 to 24 V, overvoltage protection at all pins, and reverse-voltage protection at VDD pin. The sensor family is offered in TO92UA and SOT89B packages and is available for the temperature ranges of 0° to 85°C and –20° to 125°C.
