Handheld programmer aids development
The ChipBurner Portable is a battery-powered handheld programmer that
supports EPROMs and EE-PROMs, flash memory, PICs, and microcontrollers
in a variety of packages. It uses the DataVault PCMCIA memory card for
systematic storage of all customized master devices and prototypes.
The user can read a device into the DataVault and either carry the data
back to the shop for modification or use it to burn duplicates in the field.
The ChipBurner can also be connected to a Windows host for development.
