The QLE2562 dual-port PCI Express, Fibre Channel host bus adapter card has 3,200-Mbyte/s speed, dynamic provisioning, and enhanced security with SAN-level authentication (FC-SP) and fabric-level isolation (NPIV). It allows multiple logical (virtual) connections to share the same physical port. Each logical connection has its own resources and can be managed independently.
The card offers dynamic and adaptive power management features such as power/bandwidth optimized intelligent PCI Express link training, low-power switching power supplies, and thermally efficient layout requiring lower airflows.
