The FXU-HC51 XpressO-ULTRA oscillator series lets designers employ a compact, 1.8-V, ultra-precision HCMOS oscillator that works at the same circuit level as modern chip sets. Further, the devices operate across a wide, -−40°C to 85°C range. Uses range from SONET, Ethernet, storage area networks, and broadband access to microprocessors, FPGAs, industrial controllers, and test and measurement equipment.
The XOs offer stabilities as tight at ±20 ppm and a frequency range of 0.016 to 62.5 MHz with a frequency resolution to six decimal places. Package size is 5 x 3.2 mm and termination finish is gold over nickel. The RoHS-compliant device fits industry standard four- pad layouts.
