HCMOS oscillators offer tight stabilities

The F53 series HCMOS oscillators with 3.3-V operation provides stability options of 15 (F537), 10 (F539), and 8 ppm (F53S) over a temperature range of −20° to 70°C or optional temperature range of −40° to 85°C (R Version). The HCMOS version offers an input current of 7 mA and an output current of 4 mA minimum.

Output symmetry for the oscillators is 45% to 55% over a frequency range of 4 to 54 MHz. Additional features include a phase noise of −140 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset, jitter period of 3 ps rms, and a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C at 10 s.
