The XO5166 and XO5167 series HCMOS output OCXO offer full Stratum 3 compliance per GR-1244-CORE and hermeticity per MIL-STD-202, Method 112. The devices have a wide frequency range of 10 to 53 MHz and are available in 3.3 or 5.0 V.
Available in a 14-pin DIP, the series is suited to a wide range of applications, including SONET/ SDH / DWDM / FDM / ATM / 3G / WiMAX, wireless communications, digital switching networks and airborne and military equipment. ($95 ea/100 available now.)
