The 80-MHz ADV7523 and 150-MHz ADV7524 HDMI transmitter ICs have a consumer electronics control (CEC) controller and buffer, along with an I2C master. They target HD- and HDMI-optimized portable multimedia products, and come in small 3.5 × 3.5-mm WLCSP49 packages.
The devices feature a very-low-power standby mode and support standards for HDMI (x.v.Color), CEA-861-D, and DVI v1.0. They offer full support for HDTV video standards up to 1080p/30, 1080i/60, 720p/60, and computer graphics standards up to XGA at 75 Hz. The ADV7524 supports up to 1080p/60 display resolution.
