Heat sink for TO-220 packages

An aluminum heat sink accommodates TO-220 packages and comes in either a
1.2-in.2 or 1/2 x 1-in. footprint. The sink's fins form
spring-action clips that hold the semiconductor securely. A choice of
staked-on mounting tabs make it possible to wave solder the heat sinks
directly to pc boards. The heat sink is available in a choice of finishes.
