Hex digital isolator IC handles 10 Mbits/s

The SI8065AA-B-IU 6-channel digital data isolator IC delivers 10 Mbits/s data rates over a 40° to 125°C temperature range. Supporting up to 1 kV isolation ratings, the CMOS chip uses a high-frequency oscillator to modulate digital input signals across the capacitive isolation barrier. Propagation delay is 40 ns (typical), and common mode transient immunity is 35 Kv/µs (minimum).

The device remains stable across wide temperature ranges and throughout its long service life for ease of system design and uniform performance. The series is also available in versions with three, four, or five channels. Six channel, $2.17 ea/1,000.
