High accuracy µpower op amps have zero drift

Offering zero-drift and small packages, the TSZ121, TSZ122 and TSZ124 op amps take only 40 μA max at 5 V and work from a single 1.8 to 5.5 V supply. The high accuracy amps have Vos of just 5 μV max at 25 °C and 8 μV over the full -40 ° to 125 °C operating range.

The three versions are single, dual, and quad, all with standard industry pin-outs. Gain bandwidth product is 400 kHz, input bias current is 300 pA max, and ESD tolerance is 4 kV HBM. The amplifiers CMRR is 136 DB typ and the single amp TSZ121 costs just $0.95 ea/1,000.
