High-density 2.7-in. LCD has HD aspect ratio

With a 413 ppi pixel density, the NL9654HL06-01J 2.7-in. (68-mm-diagonal) direct view LCD supports quarter high-definition (QHD) resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, compatible with full HD resolution.

Made with a low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT liquid crystal technology, the display module integrates peripheral circuits, including a gate driver, onto the glass LCD substrate. The display achieves a color gamut of 70% (NTSC ratio) and luminance of 300 cd/m2 . (Contact company for pricing — samples available in July.)
