High-density supplies suit rugged apps

The XUP series modular power supplies suit harsh environments by offering a noise ripple of less than 10 mV and an operating temperature of -40 to 75°C. The supplies are SEMI F47 compliant and suitable for semiconductor-manufacturing equipment.

The XUP family consists of four chassis models that hold from two to five output modules. The modules offer single and dual outputs with adjustment ranges from 1.5 to 350 Vdc, and 200 W/40 A per module. The outputs are adjustable from 5% to 100% using an external 0 to 10-V trim voltage. Total output power is rated up to 700 W at 90 to 180 Vac, and 1,200 W at 180 to 264 Vac. ($487 ea/1,200 with four-bay units — 2 weeks ARO.)
