The Flatpack2 power system combines a high-efficiency ac/dc rectifier with power distribution and management capabilities to support cellular and WiMAX telecom networks. The system is available in 150-, 300-, 600-, and 1200-A versions and supports all sizes of wireless network locations from base stations to central wireless switching offices.
The power systems are based on the company’s high-efficiency 2,000-W –48-V rectifier that offers 96% power conversion efficiency. All systems include a distribution bus that allows distribution of power out to networking equipment (load). The system also has multiple power buses that can be used for priority and nonpriority equipment. The systems are available with 24- and 48-V outputs.
