High freq synthesizer has low phase noise

Designed for SatCom, commercial wireless and military COTS applications, the LX-7800 frequency synthesizer operates at a fixed frequency of 7,800 MHz and a low phase noise of less than –92 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz. In addition, the part provides +8-dBm output power and an operating temperature range from –30° to 70°C.

This unit is available in cost-effective, high-volume tape-and-reel designs. Custom units are available in fixed and programmable frequencies from 5 MHz to 8 GHz in a standard surface-mount package of 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.15 in.(Contact sales for pricing and availability.)
