High-frequency inductors support wireless apps
Designed for matching-circuit applications in cell phones, notebook PCs, and other wireless-enabled computer and communications devices, the AQ105 series of high-frequency inductors provide a typical Q value improvement of 100% or higher compared to the company’s previous versions. At a measuring frequency of 0.8 GHz, the AQ105-2N2 device achieves a typical Q of 67 versus 31 for the HK1005-2N2 series device with similar physical and electrical characteristics.
Inductance values range from 2.0 to 15 nH, DCRs are from 0.035 to 0.19 Ω, and current ratings range from 480 to 200 mA in temperatures from 55° to 125°C. ($0.10 ea/OEM qty—2 weeks ARO.)
