High performance amps suit military, commercial apps

Suited for receiver applications in rugged military environments and high performance commercial applications, the AGC amplifiers come in five frequency ranges (100-200 MHz, 200-400 MHz, 400-600 MHz, 600-800 MHz, and 800-1,000 MHz) and operate off a 5-V supply, drawing only 125 mA from -40 to 50C. Two wide bandwidth versions (500-800 MHz and 1,000-2,000 MHz) are also available.

These amplifiers can be customized with both an optional time delay adjustment feature, as well as a phase modulation compression feature to accommodate for peak power variations. They are designed to minimize group delay with group delay performance as low as ±1 ns, typical and offer optional gain stages from 25 to 40 dB. (Contact company for pricing available now)
