The working-voltage range of the SQCA Series RF MLCCs has been expanded to 250 Vdc, suiting the devices for high-quality and high-current-carrying applications. Constructed of porcelain and ceramic dielectric materials, the 0605-size devices provide low ESR, high Q, high self-resonance, and a capacitance range of 0.1 to 100 pF.
The series is RoHS compliant because of its 100% tin terminations. Tin/lead terminations are also available. (From $0.35 to $1.50 — 6 weeks ARO.)
