Eight GaAs PHEMP MMIC high power linear amplifiers provide signal amplification for commercial and defense applications including communications, radar and sensors, test instrumentation, telecom infrastructure, fixed microwave backhaul, and commercial two-way radio. These GaAs PHEMT MMIC-based amplifiers operate from 0.8 GHz to 9.5 GHz and can be used as high power output amplifiers or driver amplifiers depending upon the system architecture.
The high power RF amplifiers provide a choice of gain levels, frequency ranges, power outputs, and exhibit gain performance ranging from 19 dB to 32.5 dB. These amps The amplifiers also offer gain flatness from ±0.5 dB to ±2 dB and third order intercept levels (IP3) from 38.5 dBm to 47 dBm. They are designed to ensure the robustness of the modules and offer features such as mounting holes in the body of the aluminum enclosure which assures an effective heat dissipation path. All of the new amplifiers are rated for operation over a -55°C to +85°C temperature range. RF calculators- http://www.pasternack.com/t-rf-microwave-calculators-and-conversions.aspx
