High-rel decoupling capacitors have 30-pH ESL

The LICA series of low-inductance ceramic decoupling capacitor arrays fit high-reliability commercial, industrial, military, and aerospace applications and are tested to MIL-PRF-123.  The series has one, two, or four capacitors in a single ceramic case and features less than 30-pH equivalent series inductance (ESL).

All versions come in a 1.85 x 1.6-mm flip-chip package, with seven thicknesses from 0.875 to 1.60 mm. They are rated for 10 or 25 V and -55° to 125°C and have values from 0.015 to 0.60 μF, with capacitance change of +45% to -30% over temperature.
