High-speed amps offer low noise

At 0.60-nV/√Hz input voltage noise performance, the CLC1001 and CLC1002 amplifiers feature 130-mA output current. Both amplifiers consume under 13 mA of supply current, provide 1-mV maximum input offset voltage, and offer a disable feature that lowers the supply current to under 225 μA.

The CLC1001 is designed for gains of 10 V/V or higher and features 2.1-GHz gain bandwidth and 410-V/μs slew rate. The CLC1002 is designed for applications that require lower gains of 5 V/V and above and features 965-MHz gain bandwidth product and 170-V/μs slew rate.
