The CMAD4448 120-V 250-mA high-speed switching diode has several enhanced specifications compared to the standard 4448 device, including a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 120 V compared to 100 V for the standard device, and a lower capacitance of 2 pF compared to 4.0 pF for the standard device. It has a maximum reverse-recovery time of 4.0 ns (2.0 ns typ), and a maximum capacitance of 2.0 pF.
Designed for applications requiring a high-speed diode in an ultrasmall package, the SOD-923-packaged CMAD4448 uses 50% less board space compared with the SOD-523 package, and has a 0.41-mm package profile compared to SOD-523 package’s 0.8 mm, making it suitable for most portable handheld electronic devices.
