High-voltage chip resistor dividers save space

The CDMV series of high-voltage thick-film chip resistor dividers offer 1.4-kV working voltages. Two resistors are integrated into a single 2512 case size with a ratio of up to 700:1 and values from 10K to 75 MΩ.

The SMT chip divider features a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C and typical TCR tracking of ±50 ppm/°C, with tolerance of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 5%, or 10%. An example part number, CDMVAF20K0J1000GEB, is for 20 KΩ, 5% tolerance, a ratio of 100:1, and a ratio tolerance of 2%. Operating temperature range is from –55°C to +155°C. Standard lead time is 8 to 10 weeks. $0.85 per piece in small quantities.
