Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX14752/MAX14753 8-channel/dual 4-channel, high-voltage multiplexers.


Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX14752/MAX14753 8-channel/dual 4-channel, high-voltage multiplexers. These devices feature ultra-low leakage (20nA, max), low on-resistance (60Ω, typ), and low on-resistance flatness (0.03Ω, typ) to minimize the voltage errors introduced by series current-limiting resistors on switch inputs. Additionally, they integrate input diodes to protect against overvoltages and undervoltages. Providing enhanced performance and protection, the MAX14752/MAX14753 eliminate the need for expensive optorelays, which do not offer overvoltage protection and have high measurement errors in applications that are subject to high temperatures. The MAX14752/MAX14753 are ideal for high-voltage applications such as programmable-logic controllers (PLCs), industrial control systems, automatic test equipment (ATE), and medical monitoring systems.

8-Channel/Dual 4-Channel Multiplexers Are Ideal for High-Voltage Systems

The MAX14752/MAX14753 operate from dual supplies of ±10V to ±35V, or a single supply of +20V to +72V. Fully specified over the -40°C to +85°C extended temperature range, the devices are available in a small, 16-pin TSSOP package that is pin compatible with industry-standard devices.
