High-voltage resistors are rated to 10 GΩ

The HVC series of high-voltage chip resistors has been expanded to resistance values up to 10 GΩ to suit applications where
the terminals will be isolated from each other, usually with some type of potting compound. Tolerance is 0.5%, and TCR is
25 ppm.

High-voltage resistors are rated to 10 GΩ

The resistors use a proprietary process to deposit thick-film resistance material on the substrate, yielding a resistance
element that is many times more stable, less noisy, and capable of higher voltages and resistances than other high-voltage
products. Maximum voltage ratings include up to 25 kV in a 2512 case size, 20 kV from the 2010 size, up to 15 kV in a 1206,
up to 10 kV from an 0805, and to 5 kV from an 0603. ($0.40 to $4—available now.)
