The inverter design uses a DSP-controlled architecture to produce a low-distortion 50- or 60-Hz sine-wave at efficiency levels of 90% and greater. The modules are available with a compatible two-unit 1-RU-high, 19-in. shelf capable of providing double the output of a single unit or operating automatically in an n+1 mode.
