The MAX4806/07/08 dual, high-voltage digital pulsers enable unipolar or bipolar pulsing in high-voltage systems, and provide 2.0 A minimum output drive current. They have three logic inputs per channel and two enable inputs and are intended for ultrasound imaging, industrial sensors, and nondestructive-testing applications.

The 7 x 7-mm TQFN56-packaged ICs operate from a single supply up to 200- or ±110-V supplies at 0° to 70°C. The MAX4806 includes clamp output overvoltage protection, while the MAX4807 features both pulser output and clamp output overvoltage protection, and the 4808 does not have overvoltage protection.
