IAM-93516 – Low Cost, High Linearity, Low LO Drive, Up and Down converter
Suited for 3G basestaion, the IAM-93516 E-pHEMT MMIC mixer operates with RF and LO frequency inputs from 400 to 3,000 MHz and an IF output extending from 70 to 300 MHz. The device provides greater than 23-dBm IIP3, 19.3-dBm P1dB, 9-dB conversion gain, and 11.6-dB noise figure.
IAM-93516 features wideband operation with RF input ranges from 700 MHz to 2.4 GHz. LO ports are internally matched to 50 Ohm and IF ports has differential impedance
close to 200 Ohms. The IAM-93516 is housed in a small Leadless Package with the size of 3mm x 3mm.
The IAM-93516 is fabricated using Agilent's Ephemt process for superior performance. Using a +5V supply, typical LO input power
required for IAM-93516 is less than 0 dBm to achieve a typical Input IP3 of +23 dBm and conversion gain of about 9 dB. Typical current consumption of the device is around 100 mA.
