ICs offer 1.5 to 5-V output with 0.9-V input
The S-8435XF/8436XF series of high-precision CMOS step-up switching
voltage regulators offers 1.5, 3.0, and 5-V output with 0.9-V input. The
S-8435XF series forms a step-up switching regulator with the addition of
an external coil and capacitor, and delivers up to 30 mA of output
current; the S-8436XF adds an external transistor for higher current
applications. Both the S-8435XF/8436XF series feature operating and
standby current consumption of 5.0 and 0.2 microamps, respectively. Each
model provides a +/-3% tolerance on the output voltage. The devices come
