A line of twisted-pair IDC cable assemblies are said to provide up to 2.5 times the performance of traditional IDC flat cable, but at a lower cost than the company’s previous versions. The differentially routed assemblies use 32-AWG 7/40-tinned twisted-pair cable with PVC insulation and the company’s multifinger 1.27-mm-pitch Tiger IDC contact system.
The FFTP Series female assembly is double ended with standard notch polarization, while the FMTP Series male version is available double ended or with a transfer end. (Per pin, $0.20—available now.)
