After over 15 years, Al Maag, Chief Communications Officer at Avnet, Inc., is retiring. Above, his retirement letter is displayed on a billboard.
His letter reads:

Avnet was founded in 1921 and today is one of the largest distributors of electronic components, computer products, and embedded technology.
Maag joined Avnet in 1998 and has been responsible for brand management, including public relations, investor relations marketing, community relations, and corporate communications
In addition to his work at Avnet, he was recently appointed as chairman on the national board of the Business Marketing Assoiations and is an ambassador on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. He also formed and manages the 20-year-old Maag Toy Foundation, a charitable organization that collects toys for needy children.
