Improving Product Reliability with Advanced ESS Techniques

 The following research paper was discussed at the IEEE Workshop on Accelerated Stress Testing and Reliability.   
This research paper will review the data on the effectiveness of common ESS stresses such as:

• Elevated Temp Burn-in
• Thermal Cycling
•  Random Vibration (ED Shaker)
•  Combined Thermal and Vibration (RS Shaker – HASS)

It will also look at w hy combined stresses are more effective than either alone.
