Inductor operates up to 300°C

The AT549RBT cored-spring inductor features a temperature rating of -55° to 300°C, making it ideal for extreme-temperature applications such as down-hole drilling and on-engine automotive. The surface mounted part comes in a single 1.0-µH, ±20% value.

The device's  temperature coefficient of inductance is +300 to +500 ppm/°C. Its DCR is 20 mΩ and SRF is 800 MHz, minimum, and it is rated for 1.0 A max.
