The MLG0402Q series of high-frequency multilayer inductors now includes those that achieve inductance values of up to 33 nH, and are claimed to be the world’s highest for a tiny 0402 inductor (EIA).
To raise inductance, the inductor coil pattern design was optimized, and materials and process technologies were improved to create a greater number of thinner layers. Four products feature a wide operating temperature range from –55° to +125°C. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
