The PMD5UD series is a standard industrial dc/dc converter that is offered in a DIL 24 case with an output power from 5- to 6-W and features 6-kV isolation. The converters provide efficiency up to 85.5%.
The converters are characterized by a 4:1 ultra-wide input range and are available with a nominal input voltage of 24 VDC (9 to 36 Vdc) or 48 Vdc (18 to 72 Vdc) and output voltages of 5 V, 12 V or ±12 V, ±15 V. They feature an operating temperature range from –40° to 71°C and have a transient response time of <500 µs.
