Industrial-grade 30–V MOSFETs have low Qg

The IRLB87xxx series are industrial-qualified 30-V TO-220 HEXFET power MOSFETs with a 7.6 to 57-nC gate charge (Qg ). They target UPS inverters, low-voltage power tools, ORing applications, and netcom and server power supplies.

The MOSFETs feature latest generation trench technology and offer 1.95 to 8.7-mΩ on-state resistance (RDS(on) ) to reduce thermal dissipation. The MOSFETs feature characterized avalanche voltage and current and are direct replacements and upgrades for existing 30-V TO-220 devices.
