The GLS86F ArmourDrive mSATA small form factor removable solid state drive comes in industrial temperature range 8, 16, 32 and 64 Gbyte MLC and 8, 16 and 32 Gbyte SLC versions. The drive features advanced hardware error correction and efficient wear leveling management for maximum lifespan.
The 29.85 x 50.80 x 4.80 mm (JEDEC MO-300) drive uses a SATA 1.5 Gbit/sec or 3.0 Gbit/sec interface with sequential reads at up to 110 Mbytes/s and sequential writes at up to 60 Mbytes/s. Stand-by power, from a 3.3 or 1.8 V supply, is only 210 mW.
