The ConnectX IB fourth-generation InfiniBand host channel adapter (HCA) cards feature 10- and 20-Gbit/s speeds and low 1-µs RDMA write latency. The cards InfiniBand ports connect to the host processor via a PCI Express x8 interface.
The devices provide extended network-processing offload and optimized traffic and fabric management and add capabilities for hardware multicast and congestion control, plus granular QOS.
