Integrated driver and MOSFET target V-core

The MP8698 DrMOS is an integrated monolithic driver with a high-side and low-side MOSFET in a 5 x 5–mm footprint. It is optimized for V-Core power supplies in mobile computing and graphics applications. The device features 23–V max input voltage and delivers up to 20–A continuous load.

The driver with MOSFET device operates from 100 kHz to 1 MHz with a 4.5 to 21–V input range. The synchronous gate driver delivers 95% efficiency, features thermal shutdown, and can be used for multiphase operation. ($2.25 ea/1,000 — available now.)
