The TPS22924C integrated load switch has a typical on-resistance of 5.7 mΩ at 3.6 V, which is four times lower than the nearest competitor. It integrates four parts into one, helping simplify subsystem load management.

The load switch has an input voltage range from 0.75 to 3.6 V. The device is offered in a 1.4 x 0.9-mm CSP that suits space-constrained, battery-powered applications such as portable industrial and medical equipment, media players, point-of-sale terminals, global positioning systems, netbooks/notebooks, and Smartphones.
